Through our long-standing partnership with Virginia Housing and the McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond Residential Services, Inc. helps individuals and veterans move from housing instability to a true place to call home.
Housing Choice Voucher Program
RRSI assists adults with disabilities in finding affordable housing through the Housing Choice Voucher program. Our team works closely with individuals, families, landlords, and support coordinators to secure homes that fit each person’s needs.
Beyond finding housing, we provide guidance through the application process, inspections, and ongoing support to ensure long-term stability.
HUD-VASH Veteran Program
For veterans facing homelessness or housing instability, RRSI is proud to partner with Virginia Housing and the McGuire VA Medical Center through the HUD-VASH program (Housing and Urban Development – Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing).
We help veterans secure housing vouchers, navigate the rental process, and connect with landlords. Once housing is secured, our team continues to walk alongside veterans, ensuring they have the support they need to build a stable, independent future.
