What does a Case Manager do?

What does a Direct Support Professional (DSP) do?
DSPs are the heart of our mission. They provide hands-on support to individuals with daily living activities, community outings, and personal goals. This role is about more than care. It is about connection, encouragement, and helping individuals live life on their terms.
What does a Program Supervisor do?
Program Supervisors provide first-line leadership for our residential and supported living programs. They oversee staff, coordinate resources, and ensure high-quality services for the individuals we support. Supervisors play a key role in mentoring DSPs, guiding Case Managers, and making sure homes run smoothly and safely.
